　　3. Support Policies

　　(1) A one-time incentive of CNY 500,000, CNY 1 million to CNY 3 million and CNY 5 million will be granted respectively to enterprises with an operating revenue of CNY 30 million yet less than CNY100 million, 100 million yet less than CNY 1 billion and more than CNY1 billion in the year when they are newly established or newly relocated or the first full fiscal year.

　　(2) An incentive of CNY 500,000, 1 million, 2 million and 5 million will be granted to enterprises whose annual operating revenue exceeds CNY 500 million, 1 billion, 2 billion, and 5 billion for the first time, respectively.

　　(3) An incentive will be granted to high-tech enterprises that have obtained an annual cumulative equity investment of CNY 50 million or above from investment institutions. The incentive will be based on 1 percent of the investment they received and not more than CNY 5 million.

　　(4) A one-time incentive of CNY 2 million will be granted to enterprises that are shortlisted for the first time in China's top 100 Internet companies and China's top 100 companies in software business revenue (without double counting).

　　(5) Tiered financial support up to CNY 1 million for research and development will be granted to enterprises with an annual operating revenue of CNY 10 million according to their research and development expenses.
